This is a protective ceramic tube for our high temperature K-type thermocouples, for example for the model CR-02 . It will protect the thermocouple inside the oven, furnace or kiln from any contamination.

This k-type thermocouple protection tube is frequently used in ceramic ovens, kilns and furnaces, in pottery ovens, metal working, manufacturing and whenever you need to measure and control very high temperatures.

Specifications:

  • Ceramic Protection Tube made from 95% Alumina Porcellain

  • Usabble Range up to 2372 °F (up to 1300 °C)

  • Diameter (ɸ) Inside diameter = 14mm (~0.55") Outside diameter: 20mm (~0.79")

  • Length 175mm (~ 7") - ideal for the K-type thermocouple model CR-02

  • Note that the CR-2 is not included! The thermocouple is sold separately!
