This listing is for 1 T-Type Thermocouple extension cable, with a miniature male and a miniature female T type thermocouple connector. They conform to the miniature connector dimensions with flat blades and the T-Type Thermocouple Extension Wire specification. This means the metal prongs and the wire are made from compensating metal, the same material as the T-type thermocouple wire, which is copper / constantan. This means the impact of the extension wire on the temperature reading is minimized.

These T-type extension wires are frequently used in battery labs for lithium ion and other advanced batteries that are used in handheld devices and electric cars. They also are used in cold temperature and cryogenics, since they can transmit the temperature signal at very low temperatures. In 2022 we also had several orders from satellite manufacturers.
