This is a T-type thermocouple wire with yellow-brown Kapton insulation, which is good up to about 400 degree C or 752 degree F. This Type T thermocouple wire can be used to make your own thermocouples for a wide range of applications, or to make your own extension wire. The Copper - Constantan wire is made to standard thermocouple specifications. It is sold in 5 yard (15 ft) increments, so if you order 2 units of this, you will receive a single 10 yard (30 ft) long wire.
